By creating an account and using this app, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to read them.
1. What this app is
Mijn Tuin is a digital wellness and self-care journal. The app offers exercises, reflections and a personal growth garden. It is not a medical or therapeutic treatment (see also the Disclaimer).
2. Subscriptions
The app works with a subscription. There are two plans: monthly (€5.99/month) and yearly (€49.99/year). Both plans give access to all exercises and features of the app.
3. Trial period
Upon registration a free 14-day trial starts. During the trial you have full access. After the trial ends, an active subscription is needed to add new content. Your existing data always stays saved.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the app or the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current period; afterwards access to new entries ends.
5. Prices and price changes
Prices may change. You will be notified in advance of a price change. A change takes effect from the next renewal. You can then choose to cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe. We do not receive full card details; Stripe handles them securely according to current security standards (PCI-DSS).
7. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Because this app delivers digital content that cannot be returned, the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the digital content has been delivered to you (at the start of the trial or activation of the subscription). You can still cancel the subscription at any time for future periods.
8. Use of the app
You use the app for personal purposes. You may not misuse the service, enter content that infringes the rights of third parties, or perform actions that disrupt the security or availability of the app.
9. Your content and data
The content you enter is yours. You retain ownership of your data. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. You can export or delete your own data at any time in the app.
10. Availability
We aim for a stable and accessible service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or outages may temporarily affect accessibility.
11. Liability
The app is provided as is. The creator assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the app, nor for decisions you make based on the content. See also the Disclaimer.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The latest version is always available here. In case of a material change we will notify you.
